Sun & Heat Woven Shade

PAK has over 30 years experience is the custom fabrication of woven shade cloth. We have fabricated literally millions of feet of woven shade for use in installations all over the world.

PAK woven shade fabrics are available in shade factors from 30 to 95 %. The fabric yarns are made of high U.V. resistant, black polypropylene. This gives the fabric a longevity, strength, and resistance to abrasion virtually unequaled in fabrics of its type. The low vertical profile of the fabric gives a more even shading percentage throughout the daylight hours standard widths 6 ft, 12 ft, 20 ft.

Sun & Heat Knit Shade

PAK Knit Shades represent some of the most rugged and UV resistant shade fabrics manufactured in the world. Even the colors have higher than average UV protection.

PAK Knit Shade Fabrics are available from 30 to 73 %. The fabric yarns are made of UV resistant, high density polyethylene gives the fabric strength and flexibility and the knitted design ensures against ripping, tearing, and fraying. Knit fabrics can be installed weight clips or by using tape and grommets. The fabrics are cleaned weight a mixture of mild soap and pressurized water.

Ultralite Knit Shade Fabrics

Ultralite Shade Fabrics are available in shade factors from 10% to 38%. The fabric yarns are made of UV resistant, high density, polyethylene. These knits are very lightweight and strong, making them a perfect choice for multi-acre installations such as orchards or vineyards. Available in White, Green, and Black.

" PAK NOW " Medium
Weight Shade Material

Sun & Heat Now Shade

Lighter weight than standard knitted material and less expensive. PAK NOW Shade is a medium weight knit shade that is extremely flex able and easy to work with. NOW can be installed wight fabric clips in a few minutes.

NOW Shade is a rugged now tape / tape knit in bulk rolls that can be cut to length and installed quickly. No fabrication required. This makes PAK NOW Shade ideally suited for intermediate use where a grower must have protection quickly.

Standard widths : 12' & 26' ( 80 - 90 % in 12' only ). Brown & Tan available in 5' 8" only. Green available in 5' 8" and 7' 8" only.
